    • Local storage - Saves your chat preferences and temporary reservation data

4.1 Customer Support Chat

We use Crisp, a third-party chat service, to provide customer support on our website. If you are logged into your account and initiate a chat, we will ask for your consent before sharing your account information (such as your name, email address, and account ID) with Crisp.

Sharing this information is completely optional. If you choose not to share your information, you can still use the chat service anonymously. If you consent to sharing your information, it will help our support team provide you with faster, more personalized assistance.

When you log out of your account, we automatically remove your personal information from the chat service. You can also withdraw your consent at any time by logging out or by contacting us to reset your preferences.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data:

  • All data transmission is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols
  • Sensitive documents are stored in secure cloud storage with access controls
  • Payment information is processed through PCI-compliant Stripe (we never store credit card numbers)
  • Identity documents are automatically deleted when reservations are canceled
